We’ve come a long way in 8 short weeks!!
And now we are ready for our special forever families!
This week was busy getting our Vet Checkup and first puppy shot, then lots of playtime outside and then our spa bath and mini grooming time.
Hope you like our final pictures and solo videos!
We have lots to learn over the next few month and hope your have lots of patience with us.
Your first few days we know are going to be challenging as we get accustomed to our new lives away from our litter mates.

7 WEEKS OLD ~ 3/6/22

Now is the time you see us really get excited about everything!
We love playing, chasing, exploring, sleeping, barking when we're excited, and of course eating!!
When were tired we sleep anywhere.
We finally heard the snow had melted and the yard dried enough for us to go outside in the sunshine!!
You can tell our attention span is about 2 seconds on anything.
We are inquisitive, and have high spurts of energy wanting to run... even though we're pretty clumsy!

This next week is very busy. We get to see our Golden Acres veterinarians for check up and first puppy shot.
We'll be having 'Spa Day' getting a nice puppy shampoo bath and dry.
Then a little trim on our pads and sanitary area.
After that we'll have our last close up pictures done.
Then.... we will be ready to meet our new forever families this next weekend.

Playtime & Sleeptime

6 WEEKS OLD ~ 2/27/22

Every week we grow is a milestone.
Hard to believe that just 4 weeks ago we opened our eyes for the first time!
Now you see how fast we will grow during our first year.
We play A LOT. Rambunctious is our talent. We are happy chasing each other. We have zero attention span.
We get under your feet so be careful walking around us. We explore everything. We wag our tail all the time. We are happy eating.
We are happy sleeping. When we’re tired it almost instantaneous….we can sleep anywhere.
With 6 of us it’s lots of work for our humans now.
We certainly are going to be different once we settle into our own families… from how we act with our siblings.
So don’t worry if you think we’re too spunky.
That fades with training as we get older.

5 WEEKS OLD ~ 2/19/22

We are having SO MUCH FUN playing everyday!!!
We chase each other around the slide and love climbing and sitting on top!
We have lots of toys to play with now and we Love Them!!!
We eat 3 times a day now and Momma Olive is weaning us a little at a time.
Sitting still for pictures is a real challenge, but we sure have fun in the videos!

5 WEEKS OLD ~ VIDEOS

4 WEEKS OLD 2/12/22

Now the fun begins!!
As you can see, 4 weeks is a big turning point for us.
We have gone from two weeks of not having our eyes open or hearing,
to two weeks of learning how to walk and seeing our surroundings!

We graduate from our whelping pen to more play rooms and fun things around us to entice us to play.
Of course we always give our siblings a lot of attention trying to play and talk to each other :)
Some of the pictures are us in different locations now.

We got to have our first taste of yummy puppy food that we decided we really like.....LOVE !!!
We have fun licking each other when we have food on our faces!
We are noisy sometimes. That's because we have lots to say about our new world we are discovering!!

We still sleep for a tremendous amount of time daily.
We wake up when we hear Mom is coming or food dishes or to go potty.
Then we play and potty some more.
Then its nap time..... Again!!!!

3 WEEKS OLD 2/5/22

We are growing and growing...!!!
Now is the time we start playing with each other and starting to learn about walking around :)
Won't be long before we have our first meal of puppy food and start learning to lick and drink from a bowl.

2 WEEKS OLD

1/29/22

Olive's little 2 weeks old puppies are doing so great! Each is eating well and now barely have their eyes opening. It's easier for them to try and see where momma is if they've wondered off.

We got weighed daily for the first 2 weeks and now once a week.
You can expect the puppies to gain about 1 pound per week.

1 WEEK OLD

We are a growing little pile of Goldendoodle nuggets!
Just sleeping and eating 24 hours a day.
It won't be another week till we open our eyes or start hearing things around us.
For now our most important thing is Where's Momma, Food & Sleep!

We get weighed daily to make sure we are eating enough... which isn't a problem as you can see :)
